Buttercup is the daughter of Owlsdene Dark Enchantment. As with all spotted Bengals, Buttercup possesses the beauty of a miniature leopard living right in our home. She has also produced some gorgeous kittens, which you will see in the photos below. And she is a perfect cat for a household with kids, and in fact at times seems to prefer the company of children over adults. Buttercup will allow our young daughter to sit with her on the sofa for hours in a lap cuddle. Our daughter will jostle her, stroke her head, kiss her, rub her tummy. Buttercup seems to be in kitty heaven through it all. When the Thompson adults try to give her cuddles and affection, on the other hand, she always makes a prudent decision as to whether to give us the time of day. And if it does not suit her fancy, she will quickly trot off to lick the human cookies from her fine coat.

We are pleased to announce we will soon be welcoming into our home our second breeding girl, Owlsdene Trinity Blue.

Trinity will be joining the Thompson Family at the beginning of July. She is a beautiful Snow Marble Bengal with gorgeous blue eyes. Due to an unfortunate accident on the day she was born, Trinity lost her front right paw. However, as she was little miss three paws from day one she bounds about without a care in the world just like a kitten with all feet and toes intact.

We fell in love with Trinity while visiting our breeding mentor, Owlsdene Bengals. And we soon decided that due to her spectacular patterning and form, she would make a wonderful breeding girl and a very special part of our family. Our children are very anxiously awaiting the arrival of this lovely little kitten into our home.

Trinity is just three months old now and will ready for her first mating in approximately 7 months.

Meet Wesley, who has the most amazing blue eyes and gorgeous and soft snow marble coat. While Buttercup is more of a kid's cat, Wesley much prefes the company of his adult people. He will tolerate affection from the children, but he would rather keep to his home until the children are in bed, and then join Andrea or Paul on the sofa for a cuddle. This is usually while we are trying to send an email otherwise accomplish something on our laptops. Needless to say, Wesley usually wins over the other tasks that distract the attention of his people that he instead so rightly deserves and demands! He is very persistant with his affection expectations, usually just pushing in front of the keyboard or putting his front paws on our shoulders, as if saying "Here I am! It's time to pet me!"
